The technique is as old as circuit bending and many synths and DIY gadgets have used it over the years: patching signals and modulations via bodycontacts. We did it in our first DIY synths many years ago when we were mostly doing workshops.
Now we made a module for integrating this technique into your modular synth. A combination of defined voltages plus the corresponding touch points. Here it is: the Touch Source!
-10V to +10V Voltage Source
Explore wireless patching through Touch Points! Touch Source generates voltages between -10V and +10V, in the center is a touch plate with GND/0V. Place the touch points on any CV input of a module and connect a voltage to the touch point via your fingers. Or connect two Touch Points from any input to output through your body. Rule #1 is: there are no rules!
Here is a review on Amazona (german) and some demo videos here and there.
Touch Source includes 2 black Touch Points and a power bus cable. Packs of 5 Touch Points are available separately in black or orange to visualize your
signalflow.
Power ??mA @+12V, ??mA @-12V
Width 4 HP
Depth 23mm
*B-Stock might have not exact voltages due to resistor mismatch
The unit is pre-assembled and no DIY.

Pack of 2 Indicator Touch Points. These ones feature a bi-polar LED inside so you can easily detect the polarity of your signal. Of course you can use them in the same way like the original Touch Points.
They are assembled and no DIY.

5 Touch Points in black. We made them as an extension for our Touch Source, but of course you can use them without the module for wireless patching in your Eurorack system. We made them higher and smaller than comparable products or most DIY versions, so the Touch Points are easily accessible between cables and buttons in your system.
They are assembled and no DIY.

It's christmas time in your modular rack and this year we invented a proper christmas tree module! The LEDs of the tree change color and are used as oscillators to
generate weirdo-sound. There are four sections with two LEDs each which modulate each other. You can patch the oscillator outs to the left or right output with mini-patch wires.
With this DIY kit you have 2 options:
1) The tree can be used standalone with a 9V battery as a simple light effect which is standing on a table etc. In this version there is no audio possible.
2) You complete the whole module and solder the tree to the panel. Then you can make use of the full audio possibilities.
This kit is perfect to build it with your kids or finally convince your partner, that modular maybe isn't that bad.
Width: 12 HP
Depth: 18mm
Power: ?mA @+12V, 0mA @-12V
Panel: Black FR4
This is a Do-It-Yourself kit, not an assembled module. The kit includes all parts to build the module. Building instructions can be found here.
DIY level: Medium. Most is easy, but one SMD switch to solder.
