Landscape Moon is a passive analog 4-channel rhythmic instrument created in collaboration with Eli Pechman of Mystic Circuits. Designed as a compact mini-Noon, Moon reimagines rhythm, control and analog drum synthesis without the need for a power supply.Each of the four channels is built around a unique passive analog circuit with its own sonic behavior. Inspired by the original Noon but shaped with a different character, Moon sounds heavier, rounder and darker, producing organic drum tones, unstable textures and complex rhythmic interactions.Moon is activated and modulated by incoming gate and control voltage signals from external sequencers. These signals momentarily power the analog circuits, causing them to oscillate, respond and shift naturally.
