The Automator is a hands-on, 2-channel tempo-synced CV and gate recorder for Eurorack, built around a large, expressive slider and intuitive controls. It captures your movements in real time, turning gestures into looping modulation patterns with precise timing. Requiring an external clock (4ppqn), Automator continuously records while idle and begins playback the moment you hit record, looping up to 4 bars. You can change loop length and tempo post-recording, and each channel—selectable via a button—is color-coded (red for channel 1, green for channel 2). CV is recorded via the slider, while gates are captured using a dedicated button, with high resolution and flexible timing.
