Hexmix System is a six channel performance mixer specially designed for Eurorack.The system has two separate modules, the core of the mixer: Hexmix that has six channels with three band EQ, mute, pan and EQ section on the master, and Hexpander that add three auxiliar sends per channel, PFL, individual outs and balanced output.The mixer has a strong inspiration in classical DJ mixers, providing sharp EQ’s for enhanced performance, auxilliar send for effects and individual outputs to record your performance per channel.The system is designed to be placed in 6U, instead of the traditional 3U paradigm in Eurorack. So we will have every feature for each channel vertically as a conventional tabletop mixing deck.Six channel mixer with three band EQ, vactrol mutes, pan and volume control per channel.Inputs for every channel are located at left side of Hexmix. Each jack is normalized to a VCA Expander connection in the back, so if you have a Hexmix VCA , you will have the output of each VCA to every input. connecting a jack in any input will disconnect whatever is coming from VCA.Gain is set to unity, so it will act as an attenuator of the input signal. Mutes are clickless, as they are vactrol based. This circuit provide some decay on the mutes, rather than a sharp cut.Swithces have latch position and momentary ones to unmute the channel, providing some really nice performative capabilities.EQs are quite sharp (12dB) inspired in classic dj mixers to aggresively cut selected frequencies.Master section has it’s own EQ and volume control for the mix of all channels. Master EQ is softer than individual channel’s (6dB) and it’s meant to provide control over the final mix.It’s possible to change output level from line to synth with a switch located in the back.This will be pretty useful when used in combination with hexpander, that provides a balanced out at line level. Hexmix VCA is a compact six channel VCA with an unique response curve range from logarithmic to linear and to exponential using a pot.All outputs are routed to output six to act as a mixer, with a normalization of each one to remove each channel from the Mix.The module can act as six independent VCAs as well as a Mixer for all the inputs (Selectable via a switch).Every VCA has a response pot for the incoming CV, being full logarithmic at maximum setup and full exponential at minimum setup, having the linear response in the center position.Level pot of each channel is an attenuator of the signal coming out of each VCA.Jacks are normalled to 10 volts, so when we have no CV present VCA would be fully open and our Level pot will act as a volume.Features:• 6 channel VCA• Linear, exponential and logarithmic response.• Selectable mixer function.• Expander connection to plug every channel of an Hexmix VCA directly.DIY-Kit-Type:THT-Kit-1. Kickall is a 6HP compact synth voice that features everything needed to make a big fat Kick sound. A stable VCO that tracks V/Oct, a couple of VCAs, envelopes for volume and pitch and an aggressive waveshaper.The module has been designed with a kick synthesis patch in mind.The audio path consists of a sinewave oscillator that passes across a Square Waveshaper and two VCA’s. The first VCA is for the Volume envelope. The second VCA is dedicated to general volume. Thanks to his CV input, it is possible o apply accents or affects the dynamics of notes. Feeding this input with audio generates a basic AM operation expanding the sonic range of the module.In the control path, KickAll has two envelope circuits to modulate the first VCA oscillator’s pitch. Both envelopes are fired at the same time manually or via dedicated trigger input.Through its Tune input, KickAll tracks eight octaves with high accuracy. Utilitarian Audio & CV Mixer - (Version 2025)Combine up to four audio and or CV sources into one output, with independent manual level control. If a cable is connected to the Master output but not to the 1+2 output, all channels will be summed at the Master output. Clock Multiple, Conditioner, and Divider in a compact 2 HP formatDistribute your clocks throughout your system using minimal rack space.The first three outputs maintain the same frequency as the input, while outputs 4 to 7 provide time divisions of 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16.The active topology allows you to patch clocks on the fly, avoiding the tempo interruptions that can occur with passive multiples.To reduce the footprint, the input is a TRS jack, with the clock signal on the tip and the reset on the ring. Muxlicer is a sequential signal processor designed for add a huge range of special functions to your modular setup in the minimum space.Is divided in three main blocks: a Digital Step Controller, a Gate Generator and an Analog Switch (a.k.a. Mux/DeMux)The module is designed with high “function to HP ratio” philosophy , to have maximum flexibility in minimum space.An analog switch is a device capable of switching or routing analog signals. In the case of Muxlicer, the switch is reversible, so you can send 8 different signals to 1 destination and viceversa.Through Common I/O you can either send a signal to the Mux I/Os or receive a signal from them. (Depending on how the module is connected). It is also used as CV Out when nothing is connected to “All In” or “Mux I/Os”. The eight Mux I/Os are normalled to “All In” jack, so any signal present at this input will go to all of them.Imagine you want to send a signal to steps 1,2,4,5,6 and 8 and two more signals to 3 and 7 respectively. Noise Plethora is a multitimbral noise monster in 14HP.The module consists of three digital sound generators, followed by three analog multimode Filters.
