In deep feedback circuits, high values of linearity and accuracy can be achieved. The op-amp has high and normalized stability of the offset voltage and the difference of the input currents (IIO) in time and from changes in ambient temperature. The accuracy and stability of the AS177, even at high gain, combined with the freedom from external nulling have made the AS177 an industry standard for instrumentation applications.Features:• Ultralow offset voltage TA = 25°C, 25 μV (typ)• Wide range of supply voltages from ±3V to ±16,5V• Outstanding offset voltage drift ± 0,1 μV/°С• High long-term stability offset voltage• Increased speed f1 – 0,9 MHz, SR-0,36 V/μS• Wide range of common mode input voltage ±13V• Small input current 2nA (max)• Excellent open-loop gain 10 V/μV typical• Common-Mode Rejection Ratio 120dB
The AS194 and AS394 are junction isolated ultra well-matched monolithic NPN transistor pairs with an order of magnitude improvement in matching over conventional transistor pairs.Electrical characteristics of these devices such as drift versus initial offset voltage, noise, and the exponential relationship of base-emitter voltage to collector current closely approach those of a theoretical transistor. Extrinsic base and emitter resistances are very low, giving very low noise and operating over a wide current range. To guarantee long term stability of matching parameters, internal clamp diodes have been added across the emitter-base junction of each transistor. These prevent degradation due to reverse biased emitter current- the most common cause of field failures in matched devices. The parasitic isolation junction formed by the diodes also clamps the substrate region to the most negative emitter to ensure complete isolation between devices. The AS194H, AS394H, AS394CH are available in the 8-pin metal can TO5-8 package, the AS194DE and AS394DE in the 8-lead plastic SOIC-8 (150mil) EPAD package.Features:• "Ideal" and identical transistors• Common-mode rejection ratio > 120dB• Emitter-base offset voltage < 100v• Emitter-base offset voltage temperature drift 0.1µV/°C• Current gain (hFE) matched <2%• Parameters are guaranteed in the range of collector current of 10µA - 1mA• Noise Voltage Density of 1.8nV/srt(Hz)• Ideal logarithmic properties

The AS2M1 is a tact switch controller with anti-bounce block, which “converts” tact switch into toggle switch and controls SPDT analog switch with (LED) indication on digital output status of toggle switch.During Power-On NС input is connected to COM and OUT is switched to +Vсс. If “high-current”-signal is applied to SW, after anti-bounce delay (approximately 80 ms) , internal trigger change it’s status and switching SPDT switch and Out.Inputs SW and R are current inputs. If current flowing out from SW or R is less than 100 uA, then input level is high. If external circuit sources from those inputs more than 100 uA, then input level is low.Transition from high level to low level leads to change of status of internal trigger (after anti-bounce delay).Low level on Reset input resets internal trigger to initial state. During low level on Reset input controller don’t response on SW input.Features:• Anti-bounce > 80 ms (typ)• Flexible control• High-voltage +/-12V• Analog switchApplications:• Industrial control• Music devices• HMI
The AS301A is a general purpose operational amplifier. This amplifier offers many features which make its application nearly foolproof: overload protection on the input and output, no latch-up when the common mode range is exceeded, and freedom from oscillations and compensation with a single 30 pF capacitor. It has advantages over internally compensated amplifiers in that the frequency compensation can be tailored to the particular application. For example, in low frequency circuits it can be overcompensated for increased stability margin. Or the compensation can be optimized to give more than a factor of ten improvements in high frequency performance for most applications. In addition, the device provides better accuracy and lower noise in high impedance circuitry. The low input currents also make it particularly well suited for long interval integrators or timers, sample and hold circuits and low frequency waveform generators. Further, replacing circuits where matched transistor pairs buffer the inputs of conventional IC op amps, it can give lower offset voltage and a drift. The AS301A is guaranteed over a temperature range of 0 °C to +70 °C and maintains performance at -45 °CAnd +85 °C.

The AS3280 and AS3280A types consist of two variable operational amplifiers that are designed to substantially reduce the initial input offset voltage and the offset voltage variation with respect to changes in programming current. This design results in reduced "AGC thump," an objectionable characteristic of many AGC systems. Careful design of critical places of the circuit reduces the amplifier dependence upon thermal and processing variables. The AS3280 has all the generic characteristics of an operational voltage amplifier except that the forward transfer characteristics is best described by transconductance rather than voltage gain, and the output is current, not voltage. The magnitude of the output current is equal to the product of transconductance and the input voltage. This type of operational transconductance amplifier has since gained wide acceptance as a gateable, gain controlled building block for instrumentation and audio applications, such as linearization of transducer outputs, standardization of widely changing signals for data processing, multiplexing, instrumentation amplifiers operating from the nanopower range to high current and high speed comparators.Features:• Low Initial Input Offset Voltage: 500 μV (Max) (AS3280A)• Low Offset Voltage Change vs I_ABC: <500 μV (Typ)• Low Offset Voltage Drift: 5μV/°C (Max) (AS3280A)• Excellent Matching of the Two Amplifiers for All Characteristics• Internal Current-Driven Linearizing Diodes Reduce the External Input Current to an Offset Component• Flexible Supply Voltage Range ±2V to ±15VApplications:• Voltage Controlled Amplifiers Oscillators• Multipliers• Demodulators• Sample and Hold• Instrumentation Amplifiers• Function Generators• Triangle Wave-to-Sine Wave Converters• Comparators• Audio Preamplifier
